What are they talking about?
Qyburn and Cersei probably mean Tyrion. After all, the
next shot begins with Tyrion and I don't think it's irrelevant. [Game of Thrones S06E08]
Jaqen is left all alone after Arya kills the Waif and leaves him for good.
...but he remains cool even though he will have to mop
the floor himself [Game of Thrones S06E08].
